4 Months

Our sweet little guy is 4 months old this week. He's so precious! Look at his sweet little face and those chubby cheeks. :) He's getting more social now. He stays awake a little longer during the day. He laughs and smiles and "talks" to us, epecially in the evenings. He sleeps pretty well at night now. He has been holding on to toys. The kids have fun handing him things to see if he'll hold them. We just love having him around!

3 Months

Chase is 3 Months (and then some!)

I'm so late with this update- Sorry! Things are pretty busy around here these days. But isn't that just the cutest little face you've ever seen! I love it! Chase is such a happy little guy. We call him Smiley. It doesn't take much to get a smile out of him. He talks to us and laughs sometimes. He's starting to sleep better at night. (thank goodness!) He's had several nights in a row of sleeping all night. Hopefully that will continue. He went to the church nursery for the first time and went on his first picnic at the park. He is so much fun.

More Snow!

Earlier this month we had a whole week of snow days. It was so, so cold this time. The kids didn't spend very much time playing in it. See Adam there in the background, heading back inside? He said it was too cold for him! Sarah and I played for a little while.

We had lots of fun family time during that week. Jake had one of the days off. We had a fire each evening and played lots of board games.

The kids each took a night and helped make dinner.

It was such a fun week! I LOVE snow days! Although, I was not complaining this past week as we walked to the park wearing flip flops & shorts and were tempted to turn on the a/c! I love Texas!

Adam Update!

Adam has been taking advantage of every opportunity to play outside! We've been taking walks together in the evenings when it's not too cold. We are both enjoying that time together! He's doing really well in school (homeschool and his other school). He loves math and computer time the best! He's a sweetie!

Tea Party

Sarah's favorite thing to do these days is to play tea party. She loves it. We have one almost every day in her room with her play dishes. Last time we got out a special tea set from my Grams. We used real tea and cookies and had a lovely time together! She told me I was the best-est and that she loves me "the much." I love her the much too!
