The kids were so excited for Jake to get home from work tonight. They couldn't wait to give him his gifts and spend some time with him! He is a wonderful dad & husband and I'm so thankful for all he does for us! He rocks!
Here's what we made for him. I printed & framed these. I totally stole this idea from another blog. I just thought it was too cute! They each made him a garden step stone with their hand & foot prints too!
