Happy Easter

I hope you all had a wonderful Easter. We did! I love Easter and springtime. Easter is such a symbolic time of new life & thinking of all that Jesus did for us and how amazing our God is! Then with all of the flowers blooming, sun shining, Spring days, it's just a refreshing time of the year! I love it!

Our church had an Easter carnival on Saturday with games, bounce houses, an egg hunt, and a hot dog lunch. The even had pony rides but my kids didn't want to try it. That night we went to Becky's house for some fun family time. We played games, dyed Easter eggs, and were entertained by the big kids showing off on the trampoline!

Sunday morning the kids found their Easter baskets on the back patio. There were eggs hiding back there too!

We went to church then had lunch at my parents' house. We had a nice day with them and our friends the Jones's. I was disappointed that I didn't get more pictures of the kids in their Easter clothes or a better family picture! (Sarah usually poses when the camera comes out but she wasn't in the mood that day!) We might have to try that again!
