Adam trying to delay bedtime...

Adam- "I'm need to turn the light on, I'm scared of the dark."
Me- "You have a night light, you are fine and you are safe"
Adam- "Oh, is God protecting me?"
Me- "Yes, God is protecting you."
Adam- "Oh, does Daddy like to be God?"
Me- "No Adam, Daddy's not God"
Adam- "Well does he like to pretend to be God? Does he have a God costume?"
Me (trying not to laugh)- "No, he doesn't have a God costume."
Adam- "Well, we should make him one."
Me- "What would it look like?"
Adam- (kind of rolling his eyes, like he can't believe I wouldn't know this already) "A God costume, silly. And I'll wear a Superman costume."
