Conversations with Sarah

Sarah has really taken off with her vocabulary! It's so much fun. She's copying everything (especially what Adam says) and now she's starting to put words together. We have had some cute little conversations with her. She nods her head and answers our questions. When she tries a food that she doesn't like, she takes it out and says "don't like!" When she sees pictures of herself, she says "baby." After we went swimming I put a picture of her in her swimsuit as my screensaver. She loves to look at the picture of the "baby." Now when we ask her about swimming she says "baby, splash!" One day this week we ate lunch with some friends. Our friends got some ice cream & Sarah started looking everywhere, saying "spoon!" She just knew they wanted to share with her. Once she found a spoon she started saying "ice cream." I had to buy her some of her own! It was too cute! The other thing she loves right now is watching Elmo! We let her watch it one night before bed & now every night when we put her to bed she asks for Elmo. She asks all day too! When it's on she smiles and points to the screen and says "Elmo." It's so much fun watching her learn and seeing her little personality coming out! Here's a picture of the cute "baby!"
