What we've been up to

Adam...he is my sweet boy. He is getting really tall and just seems so much older now. Like a big kid. That's a little sad. But it's fun at the same time to see the little boy big boy he is becoming. He is super smart with his school work. He picks up on things really fast and retains them. He's making my teaching job easy. He understands the importance of spending quality time with people he loves and I just love that about him. He is always asking if we can have a mom/son date night or to have some "guy time" with Jake. His new thing is skyping with Grandma in the evenings.

And my sweetie Sarah is getting too big too! How cute are these matching pj's for her and her doll! She changes outfits about 5 times a day at least. She loves going to school and playing with her friends. She's working on writing her letters but she'd rather draw pictures and do art projects! Last week she opened the front door and tried to escort Chase out it by saying "Chase...this...is where all the chocolate's at." She cracks us up.

And this sweet guy! He is 14 months old now. I have to take his picture while he's in bed since he doesn't ever slow down during the day. :) He's still not walking on his own (none of our babies walked right when they turned one, they are on Garrett time apparently) but that does not slow him down. He's in to everything. He likes to climb on step-stools, open cabinets, get in cabinets, play in the bathroom (gross!). He doesn't slow down for long. He's like a little man, he has his declared a spot on the couch as his. He will climb up into his spot, get a remote and hold the pillow and then just smile at his victory. It's pretty cute!
